Slumdog Millionaire
Winner of eight Oscars, Slumdog Millionaire is an often heart-wrenching tale about a Mumbai teen who becomes a contestant on Who Wants To Be A Millionaire. When he starts getting answers correct that should be way beyond his general knowledge, he’s accused of cheating and interrogated. But through a series of flashbacks, we see that events from his life gave him this knowledge. One of the best movies of the last decade.
