Kwaba helps you pay your bulk rent so you can pay back in convenient monthly installments. We help you split that annual rent payment into little affordable bits.
Q2: How long do I have to pay back my rent ?
A2: We are as flexible as it gets. Your repayment plan can be between 1 to 12 months. You can chose to spread your rent into 3, 6 or 12 months as preferred.
Q3: What city do I have to reside in to use Kwaba’s rental finance ?
A3: Residents of Lagos, Abuja and Port-Harcourt can use our rental finance feature.
Q4: Does Kwaba finance only properties listed on its platform ?
A4: This has been easily assumed about us over the time but the answer is no. We finance all rental properties, both listed and not listed on our platform. We can help renew the rent of your existing accommodation or pay for that new house on your behalf.
Q5: Am I eligible for Kwaba’s monthly rent payment ?
A5: Why not! As long as you are a salary earner in Nigeria and above 21 years, you are eligible.
Q6: What are the requirements for getting rental finance ?
A6: Kwaba has just 2 basic requirements: Your bank statement for the last six months and a valid government issued identity card. All these can be conveniently uploaded on our website or app.
Q7: Why was I not given the amount I requested ?
A7: Your income determines your pre approved amounts.
Q8: How long does it take for my rent to be paid?
A8: Kwaba ensures that your rent is paid within 48hours of accepting our offer.
Q9: Why do I have to add my BVN?
A9: Your BVN is required to authenticate identity and to protect you against fraudulent activities.
Q10: How do I add my bank statement ?
A10: You can upload your bank statement or securely connect your bank account on our app or website. This can be done during your application or after logging into your Kwaba account.
Q11: How do I get my bank statement ?
A11: Your bank statement can be generated from your online banking app. You can also walk into your bank’s nearest branch to request your bank statement.
Q12: Can I speak to a customer care representative ?
